Founded in 2014, Picnic is a small, female-run delicatessen, retail shop, caterer and production facility operating in Tofino, B.C. They are passionate about charcuterie, preserves, and cheese. All of their charcuterie is made-in-house using only the highest quality, locally and ethically sourced meats and ingredients. (They also love to work with local small-scale farms whenever they can!)

They practice old world butchery and sausage making techniques but include a modern twist in terms of flavour profiles!
