We always include our mustards- sometimes from our regular line up, or sometimes small batch… but you can always count on there being mustard! Along side the mustard we use some beautiful chutneys, jams, “butters” and jellies from our local farmers and producers!

We use some of our in house pickled goods, as well as a variety of some outstanding pickled vegetables from Dubois Food Co, all produce comes from local Comox Valley farmers !

Anything from Vermouth Olives, balsamic pearl onions, candied almonds, chocolate, wine gummies, in season fruits and vegetables, fruit leather, herbs, baguette, crackers… our extras seem endless! All made by the wonderful producers we have right here on Vancouver Island!
