L’Adoray cheese pays tribute to Adorice and Raymond, grandfather and father of Alain Boyer, Montebello’s artisan cheesemaker, who was inspired by the respect of the word and the value of the work of both men.
A perfect cheese, this cheese has an orangey/pink rind- inside is the texture of custard and has an ivory coloured sheen.
Strapped with spruce bark, it features lactic, woodsy aromas and slightly spicy flavours of butter, bacon, wood and straw.
A perfect amount of funk!
