Apolline Aux Fleurs
A truly unique goat cheese from the heart of the Loire Valley. This delicate little cheese is made from pasteurized goat's milk and is named in honor of Apolline, the daughter of Romain Jacquin, owner of the cheese factory. A rose candy is inserted in the center of a fresh crottin, which gives it a runny and sweet heart. A few edible flowers are added lastly on the outside of the cheese to add beautiful colors to it. It has a white paste with a creamy and melting texture.
