HOT PEPPER 

This beauty of a mustard changes throughout the year, as the peppers that we use fluctuate in spice level! It pairs gorgeously on a cheese plate, and surprisingly doesn‘t overpower a dry white wine! Drop a few spoonfuls into your stir-fry to help build a glaze on veggies and proteins, or even use it as the base of a tropical pizza!
