THE BLACKENING -a spoon full or more BIER STEIN MUSTARD - AVOCADO - ONION - CILANTRO - BELL PEPPERS - CORN - SOUR CREAM - TORTILLA SHELLS - EVOO - CHEESE -LIME

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375, AND PLACE TORTILLA SHELL INSIDE OVEN SAFE BOWL BAKE FOR 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL CRISPY- LET COOL.

PLACE ALL OF YOUR MARINADE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND ALLOW TO SIT FOR 30 MINUTES OR MORE.

IN A SAUCE PAN- PLACE YOUR MARINATED INGREDIENTS WITH DICED ONION AND COOK UNTIL ONIONS ARE TRANSPARENT. TRANSFER TO OVEN AND BROIL FOR 2-3 MINS. PUT IN TORTILLA BOWL AND TOP WITH AVOCADO, SOUR CREAM, CILANTRO, CORN, CHEESE PEPPERS, AND A SQUEEZE OF LIME!
