We absolutely adore the texture of this mustard! The sun-dried tomatoes are hand-blended in and the result is smooth and buttery. Excellent on baguette with cheese and wine, or great as a thickening agent for pasta sauces. It packs a bit of zip, but is a great addition to any grilled veggie panini or breaded chicken sandwich!
