We use vadouvan spice blend from Clever Crow Farm out of Black Creek, BC, and Merridale Cidery‘s Jalisco, a seasonal lime cider, Despite it‘s elegant nature, you‘d still like to do low-brow stuff with it, like marinate some tofu or chicken thighs, or get more punch into coleslaws, stir-frys and salad dressings!
